Dr. Brenda Demar-Williams, Principal
“When we partnered with The Triple C Affect, we hoped to provide our male students with structure, guidance, and accountability. Mr. Caudle and Mr. Chatmon exceeded our expectations, and I saw noticeable growth in our young men. Each visit brought a positive shift in school culture, and the students became more focused and confident. I highly recommend The Triple C Affect to any school seeking meaningful, transformative work with both students and staff."
Dr. Robert Cain, Assistant Principal
"Mr. Chatmon and Mr. Caudle made a tremendous impact on our male students at Amelia Earhart. What impressed me most was how they engaged both students and teachers with the same energy, focus, and high expectations. Their presence brought a sense of purpose and accountability that was felt throughout the building."
Ms. Arnold, Teacher
“Mr. Caudle and Mr. Chatmon helped me connect with my students using effective social-emotional strategies. I was hesitant at first, but over time, their approach truly worked for me and my students. In what was a very challenging school year, their support gave me hope and direction.”
About
My name is Henry Caudle, Jr.
With over 20 years in education, I began my journey as a middle school math teacher in Florida. After earning a master’s in educational leadership and spending a decade in the classroom, I transitioned into administration, where I continued making a meaningful impact. After another decade in high school leadership, I moved into virtual education, finding new ways to support student success. Throughout my career, I’ve remained dedicated to empowering both teachers and students, with a strong focus on social-emotional strategies to foster growth and achievement.

About
My name is Robert Chatmon
I have dedicated 17 years to education—and a lifetime to learning. In my family, education was a top priority. I earned my degrees from Shorter College (Rome, GA), Union University (Memphis, TN), and Piedmont College (Athens, GA). During the 2023-2024 school year, I taught AP Macroeconomics at Bob Jones High School in Madison, AL, where I was proud to see 100% of my students pass the AP exam with a score of 3 or higher.
I had the privilege of partnering with my former principal to co-found The Triple C Affect, a company dedicated to supporting schools and districts in implementing social-emotional and academic strategies that empower all students to succeed.
